Integrity Admin Support was founded by Linda Gilgore, an experienced administrative and operations professional known for her calm, organized, and people-first approach.

Linda has spent her career helping small business owners stay focused on what they do best by managing details, improving workflows, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Clients value her discretion, reliability, and ability to bring order without overcomplicating things.

As the business grows, Linda’s role has expanded from doing all the work herself to designing systems, mentoring team members, and overseeing quality and client relationships.
